Terms of service

CoachStack is provided by Habib Mestiri, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), trading as CoachStack, SIRET 917 634 800 00028, Boulevard de Paris, 13003 Marseille, France.

CoachStack is designed for coaches and coaching organizations using the platform in their professional activity, and for the clients and members they invite into a workspace. If you accept these terms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. The organization’s own terms govern the coaching services and offers it sells.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the people you invite.

Organization owners manage their staff, roles, permissions, content, offers, and customer access. They must ensure that their instructions and use of CoachStack comply with applicable law and do not infringe another person’s rights.

CoachStack provides software for managing coaching organizations, leads, offers, sales, programs, clients, teams, communities, and related communications. Features and plan limits are described on the pricing page and in the platform.

We may update or improve the service. We will use reasonable efforts to keep it available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or to address a serious service issue.

Solo has no monthly subscription and currently carries a 5% CoachStack fee on eligible payments processed through Stripe Connect. Team is €69.99 per month and Business is €249.99 per month. Enterprise pricing is agreed individually. Prices are shown before purchase; applicable taxes and Stripe processing fees are presented separately where relevant. See current plan details.

Team and Business plans include a 14-day trial where offered at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in the platform under Settings, then Billing. A cancellation takes effect on the date shown in the billing portal. Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial billing period, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. Contact us if you cannot access the billing portal.

If a payment is overdue, we may restrict paid features after notifying you and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

An organization using CoachStack sells its own coaching, courses, memberships, and other offers. The organization is responsible for its offer descriptions, delivery, customer communications, taxes, cancellation and refund terms, and compliance with consumer and other applicable laws. CoachStack supplies software and payment integration; it does not provide the organization’s coaching services.

Questions or refund requests about an organization’s offer must be directed to that organization. Stripe processes payments and may provide payment services to the organization under separate terms.

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant CoachStack a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, display, process, and deliver that content only as needed to provide and secure the service and as instructed by your organization.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content and customer information. You must provide people with required privacy information, choose a lawful basis for your processing, honor their rights and marketing preferences, and configure staff access appropriately.

For personal information managed by an organization, that organization determines the purposes and means of processing. CoachStack processes it on the organization’s instructions. Contact contact@coachstack.co to request the data processing terms applicable to your account.

You may use CoachStack’s communication features only in accordance with applicable email and privacy laws. You must have the required permissions for campaign recipients, identify the sending organization, and promptly honor unsubscribe requests.

You must not use CoachStack for unlawful activity, fraud, unsolicited or deceptive messages, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or interference with another user’s use of the service. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless you are legally entitled to do so and have put appropriate safeguards in place.

You may stop using CoachStack and cancel a paid plan as described in section 4. To request account closure, data export, or deletion, contact contact@coachstack.co.

We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay after notice, create a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Following closure, information is handled under the privacy policy and any applicable data processing terms.

CoachStack and its software, branding, and site materials are owned by CoachStack or its licensors. While you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your professional activity. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, including lost profit, revenue, or business opportunity. CoachStack’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to CoachStack for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it.

You remain responsible for your coaching services, organization data, customer relationships, and decisions made using the platform.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice before it takes effect where required by law.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in France, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.
